Ron Ansley
General Manager
Ron is a genuine car enthusiast, who has found a new passion with Subaru. Branching from the hospitality industry, and running a 35 year old family business, he is no stranger to excellent customer service. He is the current General Manager at our Covington Pike location.
Ron and his family (Brooke, Hudson & Hayes) currently drives around in a 2019 Subaru Ascent.

Jim Largue
Service Director
Jim Largue has been with the Jim Keras family of dealerships for 29 years and has been managing the Covington Pike Subaru store for 18. In his spare time Jim enjoys spending time with family and especially his new grandson. Jim's wife is driving her third Ascent, his daughter drives a Forester and his daughter-in-law enjoys driving her Outback.

Dave Ellison

Dave is a Subaru Certified Peak Performer and handles all internet inquiries. Dave has been with Jim Keras Subaru for 12 years and loves the Subaru product. Dave's hobbies include spending time with his family, spending time with friends (especially at church), and listening to contemporary Christian and classical rock. He also is an avid poet and songwriter. Come and hear him sing sometime.

Bill Blake
Star Delivery Specialist
Bill is a hardcore Subaru enthusiast that has owned 11 Subarus. His family bought their first Subaru from Jim Keras in 1980 and have had one in the family ever since. He began working at Jim Keras during Subaru's record selling year in 2006. Selling Subarus is a more of a passion that he enjoys doing on his time off from his fire department job.
Bill's favorite Subaru is his 1994 Subaru Justy GL 4 door 4WD. He loves this vehicle because his first car was a Justy he had driven while his family was stationed in Japan.

Paul Smith
Finance Manager
Paul brings a wealth of financial expertise and relationship-building experience to his role as Finance Manager at Jim Keras Subaru. With a strong background spanning automotive sales, financial strategy, and business finance, he is well-equipped to guide customers through financing and leasing options with confidence and clarity. Before joining Jim Keras Subaru, Paul served as Sales Manager at Lexus of Memphis, where he oversaw new and pre-owned auto sales, financing, and leasing while mentoring his sales team and helping close deals. Prior to that, he worked as a Financial Strategist with Memphis Capital, applying his analytical skills to advise institutions on loan transactions, and as an Account Executive with Dell Financial Services, where he delivered leasing and financing solutions to business clients. Paul holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and has built a career defined by top-level results and trusted client relationships. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his daughters, volunteering in the community, and cheering on his favorite soccer and football teams.

Keely started in the aftermarket parts world in 2019 before making her way over to the Subaru Parts Department almost 4 years ago. Not only is she passionate about parts and providing good customer service, she is passionate about the Subaru brand. She currently drives a 2024 Impreza. In her spare time she can be found reading and writing, playing video games, or curled up with her two cats.
