1. Base

The Impreza features a standard 152-horsepower BOXER engine that gets 145 pound-feet of torque. It comes with all-wheel drive and a continuously variable automatic transmission. The base powertrain gets up to 34 highway miles per gallon. The Impreza also features standard active torque vectoring and dual-zone automatic climate control. You can upgrade this trim with 16-inch silver-painted aluminum alloy wheels.

The Impreza Base gives you a 7-inch touchscreen with the STARLINK infotainment system and a four-speaker stereo. This model also has the full EyeSight suite of driver assistance tech, which includes advanced adaptive cruise control with lane centering, lane departure warning, and pre-collision braking and throttle management. The Impreza has over 20 cubic feet of cargo space, which expands to 56 cubic feet when you fold down the second row.

2. Sport

The Impreza Sport adds paddle shifters and 18-inch alloy wheels in place of the standard 16-inch steel wheels. This trim also includes LED fog lights, keyless access with push-button start, and upgraded cloth upholstery with red contrast stitching. The Subaru Intelligent Drive system fine-tunes the Impreza's performance.

The Sport model incorporates a second front-row USB port, a six-speaker stereo, a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot, and an 11.6-inch infotainment touchscreen. You can upgrade the top two Impreza trims with a power tilt and sliding moonroof. Wireless charging is also available as an option for the Impreza Sport.

3. RS

The RS trim boasts a larger version of the BOXER that gets 182 hp and 178 pound-feet of torque. This Impreza model also has heated front seats, aluminum alloy pedal covers, distinctive cloth upholstery with red accents, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob. This trim features dual rear USB ports, a wireless charging pad, and a retractable, removable cargo cover.

Additional safety tech in the RS includes blind-spot detection with rear cross-traffic alert and lane change assist. You can add an optional power-adjustable driver's seat.
