The WRX features a 271-horsepower turbo-four that gets 258 pound-feet of torque. It comes with standard all-wheel drive and a standard six-speed manual or optional continuously variable automatic transmission. Enjoy a zero-to-60 time of just 5.4 seconds and fuel economy of up to 26 highway miles per gallon. Standard performance features in the WRX include active torque vectoring, brake assist, and vehicle dynamics control.

The new-for-2025 tS trim upgrades the car's suspension and brakes, incorporates adaptive dampers with three settings, and adds sporty visual accents. The WRX includes 17", 18", or 19" summer tires depending on the model. Steering-wheel-mounted paddle shifters and a trunk spoiler are also available.

Cabin Design and Comfort

The cockpit of the WRX makes a statement with red contrast stitching and a flat-bottomed steering wheel. The trunk offers 12.5 cubic feet of cargo space, and you can add more room with the 60-40 split-folding rear seat. Standard convenience features for this sedan include automatic climate control and remote keyless entry, with available proximity keyless entry, dual-zone automatic climate control, and push-button start.

Customize the interior with options like alloy pedal covers, a moonroof, a power-adjustable driver's seat, ultrasuede and leather upholstery, an ultrasuede dash panel, and heated front seats. Safety features across the lineup of this Subaru include adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, lane departure warning, forward collision warning, high beam assist, rear-seat alert, driver attention monitoring, pedestrian and cyclist detection, and automatic emergency braking.
