Memphis considers automotive sales, repair, and parts to be essential businesses, allowing all of our dealerships to continue to remain open during the Safer at Home Executive Order.
 
If you are apprehensive about coming to the dealership physically to shop for a vehicle, our sales associates are available via email and phone. They are able to help you through the majority of the purchasing experience from the comfort of your own home. If you prefer to shop in-person at the dealership, please contact us to make a sales appointment. Our websites are being updated regularly with inventory as well as with information about store hours.
 
Our service and parts departments are open at all of our dealerships from 7 AM to 6 PM Monday through Saturday. However, we are closed daily from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM for employee lunches. For your convenience, we have transportation options for customers that do not wish to wait at the dealership for their vehicles to be ready.
 
We have asked all facilities and employees to adopt additional measures, listed below, to maintain clean environments.

Additional measures that we are taking:
  • To support social distancing recommendations, we have modified our employee work schedules in order to reduce the number of employees who are present in each of our stores at any given time.
  • We are constantly monitoring the guidance provided by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
  • We have posted relevant signage throughout the stores which provides information about COVID-19, and critical ways to avoid being exposed.
  • Additional measures are being taken by our day-time and night-time cleaning crews to ensure our facilities are regularly cleaned and disinfected.
  • We have asked our employees to practice safe social distancing when encountering customers and other employees.
  • Most importantly, we have required that those who are not feeling well must stay at home!
